Board of Directors

A group of 14 corporate and community board members dedicated to improving opportunities for our youth guide YCC. Tim Dempsey has been chair of the YCC Board since its inception. Mr. Dempsey has 15 years of work experience in young adult development in Lake County as currently serving as Chair on the Lake County Workforce Investment Board. Other board members have backgrounds in financial management, real estate, government affairs, manufacturing, business and law. These talented professionals are an integral part of the continued success of YCC.
